Alexander Swart Property Education Talks going down well with the public

When Rowan Alexander, Director of Alexander Swart Property initiated free propertybuyers' and property investors' courses, he regarded them as so important, that he would hold them even if only one person turned up to listen.

It is now five months since the first talks were given and Alexander Swart are gratified to
report, that all have been well attended. On occasions they have had up to 20 people in their
Brackenfell offices to hear what they have to say.

"Not only have we been able to pass on useful knowledge to the public but we have also been
able to build relationships with the people of our communities-and this is important to us,"
said Alexander. "We have received several testimonials from those who have been at one or
more talks, to say how much they appreciate what we are doing. Three or four, having done
the buyers' course, have then come back for the investors' course."

Looking ahead, Alexander said that there is scope for broadening the subjects discussed and
for introducing talks by other experts, on a variety of property-related topics. He anticipates
that those who have attended one or more talks so far, will join other members of the public
at such talks.

The next Property Buyers' workshop will be held on Wednesday 27th March and the next
Property Investors' workshop on Wednesday 3 rd April, both at 7pm. As before, the venue will
be Alexander Swart's offices at John Gainsford Street in Brackenfell.
