Alexander Swart director says many cape town northern suburbs are experiencing a property surge
Every prediction and forecast made by Alexander Swart Property when in March this year they established themselves as an independent group has fallen short of the mark, says Rowan Alexander, director of Alexander Swart Property.

We are surpassing all our previous sales figures (when we were still a franchise of a national group) on re-sale housing and in the not-too-distant future we expect once again to be involved in major new development sales.

Three Alexander Swart Property agents, said Alexander, in the first five months after the company went independent have made 32 sales with an average value of R 1 774 000 and a further nine sales are now in the pipeline.  The total sales on these re-sale homes, he said, is already 80 percent of what it was when as a franchise the company was at its previous peak performance levels.

Furthermore, said Alexander, with 65 mandates now secured (five ahead of the previous high level that they achieved as a franchise) the company is set within 12 weeks to exceed all previous sales records.

Asked to what he attributes this success, Alexander said that the company staff are very definitely among the most proficient in stock collection.  However, equally important is the fact that many of the staff are young, energetic and very ambitious.  All three of the top performing agents mentioned above are, he said, still under 30 years old (he himself is 28).
Youthful enthusiasm and energy is an incredibly valuable ingredient to have in any company and is one of the main reasons for our achievements so far.
